UK house prices looking to rise again
In the UK, house prices are starting to rise again after a period in the doldrums. There are so many wonderful locations in Britain in which to live, from the magnificent countryside to the lively, historic cities. There really is something for everyone in the country.
If commuting to work is a necessity, the UK has an extensive travel network. Whether you prefer the train, the bus or the car, you’ll find it easy to get about. While some areas will obviously cost more than others, there are still some excellent bargains to be had.

Dubai – rental guide to holiday and business travel properties
As my job expands its scope it comprises an increasing number of travelling to cities through out the world. As such, I am becoming a fan of rental business properties compared to hotels. Of course, there are cities with exceptional hotels, and it’s always a pleasure to stay in some of these fine establishments on the company budget. However, having tried both options, the freedom of having an apartment is a real bonus.
So much so that I am considering making an investment in property in one of my favourite cites – Dubai. In Dubai there are numerous choices for travellers – from budget accommodation options to the grand apartments and beach-front homes that Dubai is famous for.
