Berlin Packaging Supplies completes rebranding of All-Pak

Berlin Packaging Supplies, a well-established supplier of plastic, glass and metal containers and closures, has announced that all sales and warehouse locations formerly branded as All-Pak, Inc. will now be operating under the Berlin Packaging name.

This rebranding is the final stage of a 10-month project to integrate the two firms following the acquisition of All-Pak by Berlin Packaging in March 2010.

As part of the initiative, All-Pak’s office business systems have also been incorporated into Berlin Packaging’s acclaimed Oracle/PeopleSoft enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, which will enable former All-Pak customers and suppliers to access Berlin Packaging’s advanced order, inventory and delivery management systems.

The newly integrated companies enjoyed double-digit sales growth in 2010.
