Save money by booking cheap flights on the Internet.

My husband and I had not had a weekend together for months. What with him working overtime at every opportunity and my shift patterns, I decided it was about time we got away from it all.

I wanted to book us a weekend in Paris as a surprise, and so set about looking for cheap flights on the Internet. I found a great comparison website which took away all the hassle of trawling between the sites of various flight operators.

All I had to do was type in the dates I wanted to travel and I was presented with a list of the cheapest fares. Suffice to say the money I saved meant we could upgrade to a swankier hotel, and our weekend in the city of romance was just the tonic we needed!

Budget holiday homes in Perthshire

holiday homes perthshireIf you’ve ever visited Perthshire, then it won’t come as any surprise to you to find that holiday homes in the area are in demand. Budget holiday homes in Perthshire, however, are still available to those who are looking to have a cheap holiday every year.

Whether you’re looking to buy or rent a holiday home, the internet is a good place to start your search. Static caravans and purpose-built wooden cabins often offer the cheapest holiday home solutions.

On some holiday sites, the owners will rent out your caravan or cabin for you, so you can make an income on the property when you’re not staying there.

The downside to these types of holiday homes is that there are often months throughout the year where you cannot stay in them – so check before you plan to spend Christmas there!
